  • How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?
    In many cases, your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. However, kindly understand that during periods of high order volumes, we kindly ask for your patience and allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days (excluding pre-orders). Should you opt for express shipping, please note that if your order is placed by 1:00pm EST, it will be shipped on the same day. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.
  • Do you provide tracking info for packages?
    Yes, every package will come complete with a tracking number. As soon as your payment is processed and confirmed, you will promptly receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) are shipped, an email notification containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please be aware that all items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • What if my package comes damaged or I never receive my package?
    We're dedicated to making sure you're really happy with your order. Each package gets personal attention from our team. They carefully fold each item one by one, and someone looks at it closely to make sure everything's just right. We don't use robots because, well, we know sometimes things don't go as planned. We aim for excellence, but if something does go wrong, just reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as you can, preferably on the day you get your package. They'll guide you on what to do next. Your tracking number will tell you when your package should arrive. If it doesn't show up by that date, call USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. It's important to remember that any shipping delays aren't our fault, and we can't be responsible for packages that get lost while they're with the carrier. But we'll do everything we can to help out and fix any issues we can. Your satisfaction means a lot to us.
  • My order says delivered but I am unable to locate my package?
    We do not assume responsibility for packages that have been lost or stolen. In the event that your tracking information indicates that your package has been marked as "DELIVERED" to your address, yet you have not received it, please reach out directly to the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any instances of lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported as claims to USPS. If you have insured your package through ROUTE, rest assured that you are covered in such situations. To initiate your claim, please contact Route directly. Please be aware that if you do not receive your package and the tracking information does not show it as "delivered," it is essential to contact us within 45 days from the shipping date. USPS enforces strict time limits for case filings, and beyond this period, we cannot open a claim with them. Consequently, we will be unable to replace the package or issue a refund. Your prompt action is crucial in such instances.
  • What if I change my mind and want to modify or cancel after my order is placed?

To seek assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service team promptly at nettiesboutique1@gmail.com. It's important to note that we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations beyond this 24-hour period, and the order will be deemed as final. Additionally, once an order is marked as fulfilled or shipped, it will also be considered final.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we offer delivery services for your convenience. Our delivery service covers a radius of up to 8 miles from our boutique location. We charge a nominal $5 delivery fee for this service.   • If I live locally, may I come pick up my order?
    Yes, when submitting your order, please be sure to indicate "PICKUP" as your preferred option. After the order has been processed, we will inform you when it is ready for pickup.
