1. Returns Due to Damaged Products:

  • We inspect all products carefully before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

    • Take clear pictures of the damaged item, clearly showing the issue.

    • Send the pictures, along with your order number and a brief description of the damage, to our customer service team via email at nettiesboutique1@gmail.com

    • We will review your request and respond to you promptly.
       

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

  • Earrings, bracelets, Bags, Bonnets, Eyelashes, Socks, and cologne are considered final sale items for hygiene and safety reasons.
     

3. Refunds and Replacements:

  • If your request for a return due to a damaged product is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions, based on product availability:

    • A replacement of the damaged item with the same or a similar product.

    • A refund for the damaged item to your original payment method.
       

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return due to a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the item.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear pictures as requested.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions as needed.
     

5. Shipping Costs:

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged item.

  • You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in the case of damaged products.
